Stepping Stones of Success??

At my ripe age of 22 as of now.. It took me that long to recognize the importance of dreaming and making a mark in life and not make it through by my own rules. It's only up to now that I took things much more differently and pursue my duties and responsibilities with greater passion. I no longer wander in the path of waywardness thinking that is the way to rule life. I no longer abide by that crooked notion! A blinding force transfigured me and helped me see that all i was doing was get my self more and more lost --I had an awry view of freedom and fulfillment. What led me further into that thinking? is my bitterness in the inequity of the world (to me). Now, i learned to rise above that stigma.. I'm through being the Whiner.. I summed up alot of strength to take over and be in control.. we only live once after all!! now that I have a renewed attitude towards things, more and more ideas opened to me that would absolutely get you to the PEAK of satisfaction and winning.. here's what i have so far..

1.) Be Your Number One Admirer, it's not necessarily vanity or conceit, but rather recognizing what makes you truly special? determine what really makes you a excellent person, take credit of your gifts.. whether you are mentally acute, if not physically adept, or otherwise (name it).. address that and harness that on your favor. Once you embrace your well being nothing or noone out there can drag u down.

2.) Keep Motivated, there are alot of ways to keep you up and running it will vary on what type of person you are, if you are simply an active person you can engage in invigorating tasks to liven you up, or if you are a music lover listen to something that pumps you up, you can also pick a quote that would encourage you and suits who you are as a doer... anything to energize you!! but for me what works the most is to always for-see rewards in what you do or will be doing, keep it real though.. and offering your efforts to your loved ones, those boosts me. My motivation is seeing the pride in the faces of those people who support you and how you make it better for others haha that's the way! uhuh uhuh!

3.) Pay Close Attention to your Surrounding, you may just really ignore the things that go on around you and dismiss it as something insignificant, but you have no idea how much influence external factors have on you! you better know where you are, as much as you know yourself... see how your environment affects you, does it make you a better person or is it hindering you? if you're answer is positive then, make things work from there learn from the things around you if not then find a better place and transfer there when the opportunity comes, LOOK for your NICHE!!

4.) Be Open To Change, don't settle into one safe way of getting what you want in life, EXPLORE!! EXPAND!! break out of the comfort zone... try to do things that you think you can't do, but take the challenge that you CAN... and you will realize you can get past the limits.

5.) Don't try to Compete with your Fellowmen, Why? You're not on the same league, really? no one is on the exact same league... even if you are in the same line of career we have different goals, aims, expectations, it's unreasonable to compete with each other, you will just end up slowing down each other, work with them instead, and learn something from them too.. we are here to rear for each other, COMPETE WITH YOURSELF.. often think you can do better than yourself, then you will be.

6.) Be Moral, do what is right!! be virtuous, early in life Snakes & Ladders has already taught this to us, behave accordingly If you do good, chances are you get alot of respect in life and from yourself and avert any unwanted setbacks, if you live accordingly it affects everything well and it does good on your character.

7.) Stand Firm,  dont get swayed, be inspired! Stand for a belief that is the best directs your life.. something positive that keeps you on track.

8.) Choose Your Companions, surround yourself with people of substance and straight principles, don't be around losers who waste their lives on earthly things, stick with people who are inspiring and encouraging as well.

9.) ENJOY! you can just take the time out, and do whatever you love and makes you feel good, tap into your inner child... let out an enormous laugh on things!

10.) hmmmm... yet i should discover or identify... there maybe things you want to share?? hha

that is what I have so far that i find effective... maybe the last piece of advice i could give you is add or change some items from my list in your own thing. All in all, be HUMBLE when you are succeeding... ego will block you off of things that could potentially enhance you. Stay on the good side!! now I look up to you.. (=

The BLACK SWAN

Even before the OSCARS was at the midst, There was already something about this film that drew me to see it at the time that it was in promotion. Seeing the trailer (attached below) all the more so sparked my intrigue.. It must be how striking and appealing it is without revealing too much about its plot or simply how peculiar yet attractive it all is.. and above all Natalie Portman would play THE part.. who is such an outstanding unforgettable talent, I thought the movie would be all perfect.

THE BLACK SWAN (HD TRAILER)

however strongly I felt about the movie, I never had the chance to see it in the Big Screen, since I was too busy keeping up with studies.. I only got the hold of a copy Post- Oscars, It felt so like being handed the statuette myself for I already heard that It bagged them trophies in a snap, and I wonder why?

so rolled the movie and whaddya know? it fastened me for seconds than I thought it would, the movie was a actually a Psychological Thriller. For a brief summery, the plot was circling within the career life of a dedicated, more likely obsessive, Ballerina named Nina (Natalie Portman) who got chosen to play the role of both Swans in their upcoming season refreshing production "The Swan Lake" and replace the Prima Ballerina Beth MacIntyre (Wynona Ryder) it was the break she was waiting for and the reason which lead her to be consumed by the whole project since she has claimed it. The pressure of it made her all whacked up.

Then Lily (Mila Kunis) flares the whole tension up as she was a much more loose and spirited dancer that impresses the director and could likely overthrow Nina of the limelight.

What made this movie so extraordinary for me is that, it projected deep emotions superlatively, you'd feel what each characters would, mainly Nina, it grasped me since somewhere in my life i'm a little like that.. a bit of a perfectionist, taking errors uptightly (like i could imagine those black wings sprouting at my back, gasp!) but you know? not to the point that I loose my marbles hahaha
the movie had alot of mature content, like there are more body movements than that of the ballet, that probably won this movie awards in terms of acting since most of the parts here are very difficult to pull, and now I definitely say that Natalie Portman deserves her Oscar.

Mila Kunis was very surprising because i was used to see her playing ingenue roles, this movie changed the way is percieve her, I have more appreciation for her now, she's actually a prowess on screen.

the movie was transporting, but it is not for everyone, I suggest you not to watch it with tykes around or with conservative and restrictive people. You'll be scorned! hha though you shouldn't miss it!

Opening this blog =)

It's very unusual for someone like me who shows so much depreciation towards online socializing, since i don't think it builds any deeper bonds, in fact, it comes to me that it has degraded the quality of interaction between beings because topics for discussion at present has tremendously dropped down into gossips or "chismiss" --which is useles chatter that doesn't do anything but berrate people, and i have the "excessive publicity" these social networks offer.. and how it psychologically messes up people, but that is only according to me.

but I decided to put up a blog for no reason at all haha but I thought this isn't as harmful as social networking, since blogging doesn't really encourage you or push you to update your life then and then and I find Blogging acutally aides the development of people's writing skills. I initiated this because there are a bunch of things that i find interesting in this life and sometimes I need a means to share it with some.

also some of my friends inspired me to be here aswell.

so from this post and on i'll make it habit to part some insights that might interest some of you..

I won't try to please you all because, i know that, i would just end up not pleasing anybody hahaha

..til here for now can't go on i'm sharing the COMP with two or more so people... =p
